Jamaican Jerk Chicken
Must listen to Bob Marley whilst eating this, to get the full experience. Pieces of free-range chicken marinated overnight in a traditional Jamaican jerk spice marinade. It is then grilled over a flame and served with broccoli and seasoned kumara wedges accompanied with a coconut and lemon aioli.
