Delivery Date

All weekly meal box orders will be delivered on a Thursday or Saturday, depending on where you live in the country

North Island: Thursday and Saturday delivery

South Island: Saturday delivery 

Billing Date

All weekly meal box orders will be billed on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday in preparation for your Thursday delivery.

How do I pause my subscription?

If you wish to pause your subscription, you will be able to do this by logging into your account and making the changes. Click here to view a tutorial video to show you how to do this. All changes must be made prior to your order being processed before Thursday Midnight.

How do I change my meal selections?
