Our Story

If you’re reading this, you’re probably just like us – you love food, you try to eat healthily, but a lot of the time you’re so busy you don’t have time to cook. From work to socialising, to fitting in that run or gym session, life is bloody busy. You get home at the end of the day and think of dinner as just another chore.

We figured we can’t be the only ones with this problem, so went about creating a solution. The idea was to make delicious, fresh and healthy meals of restaurant quality that would be delivered to your door ready to Plate Up.From our kitchen to yours, may your dinners be stress-free, and your tummies be happy.

A note from Brad…

I'm a registered New Zealand dietitian with an academic and clinical background in exercise and mental health.

I believe healthy eating is not about making one or two changes, or about eating specific kinds of foods; it’s about an overall diet pattern in terms of food quality, including using whole foods that are recognisable in their natural state in every meal. It is also about meal patterns, portion sizes, and attitudes towards foods.


The road to improving your nutrition is a personal journey, and it will take time to develop a deeper understanding of what that is for you, but this way of thinking will be hugely beneficial to your ultimate success. I’m passionate about helping people captain their own ship while pointing them in the right direction to better health and nutrition. Keep it simple and enjoy your food!
