Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder
This tender lamb has been slow cooked for six hours with onions, carrots, celery, thyme and rosemary. The resulting stock is then reduced to form a flavoursome jus, or gravy, to pour over. This is accompanied by mashed kumara, carrots and green beans.
